My elves are a mix of many manufacturers and many conversions.

Archers

Converted plastic elves into spearmen

Archers with converted officers, standard beared and hornist

Glaives with comverted command group and metal character

High Command with a few head swops and conversions

I was a bit disappointed in these as the GW box had two identical sprues and almost no conversion potential.  So I painted one group in summer colours and the other in autumn colours.  Each group has a couple of Reaper Bones figures as leaders.
